People
sometimes cut off portion of their meal to limit their food. It is called diet
and it is done with the purpose to lose weight. There are several kind of
method in diet and not all of them are beneficial to our health. The right diet
will be beneficial for our health and give best result. When people hear the
word diet, people will think about eating less food and less often in one day. However
some of dieting methods do that, they are not exactly correct, such as changing
the type of food that we eat in one day without reducing the amount, still
works for dieting. Diet is not how much food that we eat, but what kind of food
that we eat. Thus, people who are on a diet need to understand the right ways
to have healthy diet.
