3.      Eating healthy foods on a regular basis is believed to control weight, maintain a healthy body, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.

1.      Fast food is a food that is very easy and fast to prepare, but this food is high in calories, contains a lot of sugar, fat (especially cholesterol), and salt.

2.      Fast food is certainly much favored by various groups of people, Examples of popular fast food are french-fries, fried chicken, hamburgers, and pizza.

3.      In dieting we must avoid eating fast food because it can gain weight again, spoil eating patterns, and fail the diet.

Doing exercise regularly and being active

1.      Exercise is a physical activity that can strengthen the body, this activity is very helpful in losing weight by burning most of the fat, because if you just go on a diet it will not succeed in making your body reach the ideal weight.

2.      According to the 2018 Physical Guidelines for Americans, generally healthy adults need 150 minutes of exercise a week to stay healthy3.      Therefore, when it comes to losing weight and body fat, diet and exercise are most effective when done together compared to one or the other.

CONCLUDING PARAGRAPH

So if you want to lose weight and get the ideal weight, you have to do it right by following a healthy diet.


Right Ways to Have a Healthy Diet

People sometimes cut off portion of their meal to limit their food. It is called diet and it is done with the purpose to lose weight. There are several kind of method in diet and not all of them are beneficial to our health. The right diet will be beneficial for our health and give best result. When people hear the word diet, people will think about eating less food and less often in one day. However some of dieting methods do that, they are not exactly correct, such as changing the type of food that we eat in one day without reducing the amount, still works for dieting. Diet is not how much food that we eat, but what kind of food that we eat. Thus, people who are on a diet need to understand the right ways to have healthy diet.

Healthy diet means eating healthy and balancing nutrition. Eating healthy and nutritious food is very beneficial for the body because it can keep the body fit and keep away from various kinds of diseases. In fact, many studies say that the emergence of serious diseases in a person is caused by an irregular eating pattern (Bella, 2022). Eating healthy foods on a regular basis is believed to control weight, maintain a healthy body, and reduce the risk of chronic disease (Putra, 2021). The diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease and many more are not suffered only by obese people, but also normal-weighted people, because most of those diseases caused by excess macronutrients that the body consumed.

Healthy diet should avoid consumption of fast food or processed food. Fast food is a food that is very easy and fast to prepare, but this food is high in calories, contains a lot of sugar, fat (especially cholesterol), and salt (Agustin, 2022). This is usually done to reduce one of the macronutrients such as fat, carbohydrates, and protein, which are the main composition of fast food (Katyusha, 2022). As stated in the previous paragraph, dieting can also be done by changing the type of food that we eat. That is because maybe in one day we eat more fat than other macronutrients. Fat contains the highest calorie. Therefore, when eaten in excess, it will be stored in the body, because not all of the calorie will be used as energy (Agustin, 2022). That's why it's important to note, we only need to eat sufficiently. Fast food is certainly much favored by various groups of people, examples of foods such as french-fries, fried chicken, hamburgers, and pizza. So in dieting we must avoid eating fast food because it can gain weight again, spoil eating patterns, and fail the diet.

The last one is doing exercise regularly and being active. Exercise is a physical activity that can strengthen the body, this activity is very helpful in losing weight by burning most of the fat, because if you just go on a diet it will not succeed in making your body reach the ideal weight. Not a few people are confused and wonder, actually in a week how many times a person should ideally exercise. Exercising too often will make a person feel tired quickly, whereas if only once or twice a week will not make the human body healthy. According to the 2018 Physical Guidelines for Americans, generally healthy adults need 150 minutes of exercise a week to stay healthy (Ciputra, 2021). That number certainly looks like a lot, but it really isn't. The 150 minutes can be divided into several durations in a week. So if it is done in just 5 days we can do 30 minutes of exercise in one day. Therefore, when it comes to losing weight and body fat, diet and exercise are most effective when done together compared to one or the other.

    Dieting comes in different method, although not all of them are beneficial for our health. Choosing the right kind of diet for ourselves could beneficial for our health and give best result. From the breakdown above, we can conclude that if you want to lose weight and get the ideal weight, you have to do it right by following a healthy diet.

STEP BY STEP IN WRITTING ESSAY

      An essay is an opus in several paragraphs on a topic or problem that contains opinions and is subjective. This view must be logical and well understood. The arguments presented in the essay must be supported by facts, so that the writing does not become fiction or the imagination of the author.


 1. Determine the purpose of writing an essay

- We must know what is the purpose of making this essay.  We can find various types of essays, and all of them are in accordance with the author's goals.


2.  Create essay themes

After we have known what the purpose of this essay is, we must determine the theme or topic of this essay.  But we have to determine a specific theme.  Avoid themes or topics that are too general in discussion, because later it will be difficult for us to develop this essay.

- Before writing an essay, create a question or keyword for the topic of your writing. You can define keywords that interest you.  


3.  Collecting Materials

- If you have determined the topic to be written, the next step is that we must collect material to support our essay.  Essays are subjective writings in the form of the author's views with qualified material for the essay topic.

- This research is needed to find evidence that can help us in constructing an argument. We can use various types of sources, but we must ensure that the sources we use are trustworthy. We can do a search on the internet which will help us in finding information that supports our essay. Don't forget, we must make sure the sources we use are clear. 


4.  Designing Outlines or Outlines of Writing

 The step in writing an essay enters the technical phase, which is designing an outline or writing outline. Creating an outline for this paper aims to make it easier for us to design essay ideas. This format can be made in the format of a short and concise list of sentences, this is what we will develop later to produce a good essay.

- An easy way to create an outline is to create questions:

a. What topic do you want to study
b. What do you want to know
c. What do you want to show/prove 


5. Developing Writing According to the Framework that Has Been Made

- After all the preparations have been made, we will start writing according to the outline. Basically essays free any writing style. But keep in mind that the essays that we make must be filled with clear and effective sentences. That is why essay writing is usually made with a limit on the number of characters in each writing.


6. Create Paragraphs with Good, Effective Sentences, and Correct Diction 

What we should not forget or must in making essays is to make essays with good, effective sentences, and proper diction. This process is quite crucial in how to make an essay, because when we already have brilliant themes and ideas to make into an essay, but after the essay is made it is difficult to understand because of ambiguous sentences or because of inappropriate word selection. This is what makes our essays unattractive to readers.


7. Essay editing process 

-  The last important process is editing the writing thoroughly. The purpose of this stage is to re-examine the writing that we have made. Check our essay so that there are no fatal mistakes, and make sure the paragraphs written are mutually constructive. Writing that doesn't make sense will confuse readers. Spelling and grammar are the easiest mistakes, but if they are not corrected they can have a fatal impact, and reduce the reader's interest in our work. The steps in editing this essay include:

a. Reread what we wrote carefully.
b. Re-examine sentence by sentence so that it is logical and makes sense.
c. Check whether there is a typing error.
d. Check punctuation, and more.

Everyone also knows life won't be easy 

And everyone knows life won't live up to our expectations.

So no matter how hard you try to perfect the life you desire, 

it will be in vain if according to God it is not good for you.


Humans are perfect creatures of God, but humans are natural to make mistakes.

You don't have to be that perfectionist, you are also a human who has faults and sins.

You don't have to think too much about the little mistakes you make.

You always think that small problems are like mountains of big problems, which will burden your life.

STOP!

Small problems that do not need to be exaggerated, solve the problem at that time.

Because if you keep overthinking, you're going to be like a psycho, and you will hurt yourself.


The people around you are just like you, humans who can make mistakes.

You don't have to be that angry if the person doesn't live up to your expectations.

If someone else has wronged you, don't hold a grudge.

Be a person who easily forgives the mistakes of others.
